Grind Mode is a entertainment business management collective company focused on the creative process of exposing clients to their respective consumers that comprises of 3 different entities; Grind Mode Music Worldwide, Grind Mode Worldwide Radio and Grind Mode Business Solutions. Grind Mode holds business management accounts with Blue Diamond Luxury Vodka of Vodka Brand Corps, No Sleep DJs, Atlanta based Record Label, Blaktop Entertainment and Author and Inspirational Speaker, Devantae Butler of Reaching New Dreams and Recognizing Talents. He serves as the President of Nick Nice Productions as well as the We Promise School Mentor at Pittsburgh Perry High School. He is the Lead Mentor for the Perry Gent's Peer to Peer Mentoring Club at Pittsburgh Perry. He continually uplifts the community through public speaking and community service events. He is dedicated to education, encouragement and the positive growth and development of youth. He has sat as a panelist at the Nerve DJs 15th and 16th Annual Conference and Showcase in Cleveland, Ohio as well conducted his own Business of Music lectures educating content creators on the importance of  understanding the business behind their passions. Dion is also the owner/operator of Grind Mode Music Worldwide, which is a groundbreaking digital distribution, music marketing, placement and promotion resource center for Independent Recording Artists of all genres. He recently launched Grind Mode Worldwide Radio, which is a web based radio station that utilizes the power of live streaming on outlets such as YouTube and Instagram to cover topics and events in the community. With their ability to live stream from multiple markets, Grind Mode Worldwide Radio has live programming being set up in Miami, New York, Atlanta, Tennessee, Kentucky, Erie and Ohio. Dion acquired his own On Demand Television Network. Ur Vision Television can be broadcasted in over 250 million homes through their partnership with Apple TV and Roku. Dion launched Ur Vision Television Network in January of 2019 and utilizes his personal relationships with music executives, publicist, booking agents and music industry professionals to provide the highest quality of service for recording artists of all genres. He also utilized his relationships with advertising agencies and his digital marketing team to develop Grind Mode Business Solutions, which focuses on providing custom marketing, branding and advertising opportunities for businesses and content creators. Dion has launched an international partnership in Nairobi, Kenya in which his music distribution company, Grind Mode Music Worldwide will provide digital distribution, branding and marketing opportunities for Eastern African Countries under the entity Legacy Music Group Africa.
